Satisfied homebuyers mean fewer call backs to builders.
To support homebuilders in the construction and sale of ENERGY STAR qualified homes, the program provides financial incentives, marketing assistance, and technical support and training. Incentives are available for qualifying homes built in the Oregon service territories of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural and Cascade Natural Gas. Avista customers qualify for select incentives.
