As a residential multifamily builder, take advantage of Energy Trust financial incentives, marketing assistance and technical support and training. Incentives are available for multifamily new construction that is three stories and under.
A Multifamily Builder Outreach Specialist is available to provide on the ground support for high performance design and construction and can assist you with any questions you may have about meeting the multifamily ENERGY STAR certification requirements.
Buildings must be sited in the Oregon service territories of PGE, Pacific Power, NW Natural and Cascade Natural Gas. Avista customers qualify for select incentives.
