- Technical support from Builder Outreach Specialists that can answer questions regarding performance testing and energy efficient building practices.
- Incentives to help offset the cost of heat pump and commissioning training for technicians.
- Financial incentives of up to $1,200 per technician for equipment purchases.
- Up to $1,500 in cooperative marketing funds to promote ENERGY STAR qualified homes.
