through the trade ally survey
Energy Trust is working to improve communications with our
trade allies through timely updates in Insider,
trade ally roundtable discussions and our annual survey.
The survey will be available by the end of March and will
be open for responses through April 20. It's a great
chance to provide valuable feedback about our programs,

proposals this session
Governor Ted Kulongoski has proposed five energy-related
bills for the Oregon legislature to consider during its
current session. Several will impact trade allies,

New natural gas measures
lead drive for higher gas efficiency gains
In an effort to increase levels of gas efficiency
savings, Energy Trust is introducing new measures in 2007.
Tankless water heaters and high efficiency direct vent gas fireplaces
have been added as residential measures beginning March 1. At
the same time, gas efficiency goals were raised from
19 million to 21 million therms to reflect the opportunity
to boost savings gains, particularly in the residential

performing trade allies in southern Oregon at a
