Make your voice heard through the annual trade ally survey Energy Trust is working to improve communications with our trade allies through timely updates in Insider, trade ally roundtable discussions and our annual survey. The survey will be available by the end of March and will be open for responses through April 20. It’s a great chance to provide valuable feedback about our programs, incentives and levels of service. This year’s trade ally survey is electronic and easy to navigate. It eliminates the need for lengthy printed versions. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete, depending on the depth of your answers to open-ended questions. Trade allies received an email invitation and a web link to participate. The link is also posted on our website. All information is recorded anonymously. We will share results through the Energy Trust website and Insider. Energy Trust is also offering an incentive to participate. A winner from each group of 100 survey respondents is entered in a drawing to win a $100 Best Buy gift certificate. Gift certificates will be awarded at the end of April, and winners will be announced in the April/May issue of Insider. Although the survey is a formal opportunity to give feedback, we welcome comments, questions or concerns at any time.
