Trade Ally Insurance Verifier Change

In order to spend more time serving our trade allies and less time verifying insurance certificates, Energy Trust has contracted with Confirmnet.

Round Table

Our trade allies represent us in the field, and help make our programs successful. You also help us understand the customer’s experience. We are continually looking for ways to improve our programs and processes and we value your input.

Round Table Meetings

Energy Trust implemented round table meetings for our trade allies in mid-2007. Feedback about the meetings has been favorable, and attendance has continually increased. We now hold quarterly round table meetings in the Portland Metro area, in southern Oregon, and expanded the meetings to central Oregon in June 2008.

The meetings are a forum for our trade allies to discuss concerns, offer feedback about programs, network, interact with program staff, and hear about Energy Trust updates. The meetings are voluntary, and the agenda belongs to attendees. We encourage trade allies to submit agenda topics in advance of the meetings.

We recognize that our trade allies have a limited amount of time to spend in meetings or training, so we continue to make round table sessions as valuable as possible by providing news about our programs, guest speakers, and training opportunities. Any suggestions for further improvements are always welcome.
