2008 Energy Trust Trade Ally Survey

As an Energy Trust trade ally, you are an integral part of our team, and we value your feedback to improve our programs and services. Please take a few minutes to fill out our 2008 Trade Ally Survey. The survey is focused on our activities in 2007 and asks questions about your business and how well we served you and your customers. If you don’t have an exact answer to a question, please give us your best estimate. Your responses to the survey are confidential and are used to improve our programs and service offerings to trade allies.

WHEN:
Please take the survey now. We will send weekly reminders to anyone who hasn’t completed it. The survey will remain open until May 31, 2008. Results will be posted to our website by July 31, 2008.

WHO:
This survey is open to all Energy Trust trade and program allies. Because we have multiple contacts for many of our trade allies, we may not reach the right person with this invitation. If you are not the correct recipient, please forward this message to the right person, or e-mail tom.beverly@energytrust.org with updated information.

Round Table

Our trade allies represent us in the field, and help make our programs successful. You also help us understand the customer’s experience. We are continually looking for ways to improve our programs and processes and we value your input.
