Details on the standard incentives are outlined
below. The maximum incentive per site is $500,000
per year.

Premium Air Conditioners — Cooling Down Cost Efficiently
Upgrade your air conditioning system to keep
cool and keep costs down. When your air conditioning
system is not able to provide the amount of
cooling you expect you may need a new air conditioning
unit. We can help
you get high-quality efficient equipment that
will reduce your operating costs. Before you

Heat pumps are an effective and energy efficient alternative to furnaces and air conditioners. Purchase qualifying units to lower your energy costs and to receive an incentive.

Motors That Move More Efficiently
Do you use electric motors in your business?
If you operate a qualifying motor with 200 horsepower
or less, you may be eligible for a cash-back
incentive of $10 per horsepower. If the motor
is greater than 200 horsepower, it is treated
as a custom incentive. Just by upgrading your
existing standard efficiency motor to a premium
efficiency model, you can easily reduce your energy and overall operation
costs.

Gas-Fired Equipment
Does your
business use natural gas for heating or
water heating? Upgrade your
gas-fired equipment and receive a cash-back
incentive on your high-efficiency condensing
boiler, tankless water heater and on other
natural gas equipment. By upgrading your existing
standard efficiency gas-fired equipment to more
efficient equipment you can lower your monthly
energy and operation costs.
