The ENERGY STAR^® Track option offers incentives to eligible new building projects that achieve the ENERGY STAR building performance certification from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ENERGY STAR Track incentives provide $2,000 to $30,000 per project.  

One ENERGY STAR tool you will use is called Portfolio Manager.

A second ENERGY STAR tool you will use is called Target Finder.

Projects that have completed the Standard Track are eligible to participate in the ENERGY STAR Track. Custom and LEED projects are not eligible for the ENERGY STAR Track.
