Energy Trust provides
financial incentives to builders
who build an ENERGY STAR® qualified
home through the ENERGY STAR New Homes
program. These incentives offset a portion
of the costs of energy efficient upgrades.
Homeowners may be eligible
for up to $300 cash incentive
if their home has a qualifying gas furnace. Download

When you buy a home
built through Energy Trust’s
ENERGY STAR New Homes program, you may
be eligible for
Residential
Tax Credits from the Oregon Department
of Energy. The appliances,
heating and cooling equipment and more
in your new home may all be eligible
for tax credits.
