We recommend that you use one of our Energy Trust trade ally contractors to make your energy-saving home improvements. Trade ally contractors are subject to quality control inspections. These contractors can help you with the paperwork necessary to apply for cash incentives.

Forms and Resources

Use Incentive Application Form 300A to apply for all incentives. Use HVAC Incentive Application Form 320H to apply for heating, ventilation and air conditioning incentives.

To apply for any incentive, send the completed form, along with a copy of your contractor invoice marked “paid in full” (which clearly documents installation of the measures being applied for), to the address listed on the form.

Self-installation of measures

Self-installation is only allowed for attic and floor insulation. Self-installers are required to follow program specifications, and must use Form 320S word link pdf link when applying for incentives.
