Oregon Department of Energy and Energy Trust would like to help you save money and energy.

This program is a collaborative effort between the Oregon Department of Energy’s (ODOE) State Home Oil Weatherization (SHOW) program and Energy Trust of Oregon.

The SHOW program is designed to provide cash rebates for energy-saving measures to customers living in homes heated with oil, propane, kerosene, butane or wood. New rules effective November 1, 2004 allow for eligible customers to conduct their own energy audit and apply for cash rebates for weatherization and heating system energy saving measures. To download the Energy Audit Checklist or the rebate application, visit the SHOW website or call 1-800-452-8660 for a copy.

Oregon customers of Pacific Power and Portland General Electric (PGE) can receive up to 4 free compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) from Energy Trust of Oregon. Download a coupon for your free CFLs or call 1-800-452-8660 to request one.

Free CFLs from Energy Trust

PGE or Pacific Power customers who live in homes heated by oil, bottled propane, kerosene, butane, or wood may be eligible for up to 4 free CFLs from Energy Trust.

Up to $500 cash back from the Oregon Department of Energy

Weatherization and heating system rebates for up to $500 are available through the Oregon Department of Energy SHOW program. For more information, visit ODOE’s SHOW website or call 1-800-452-8660.

Other Incentives

PGE or Pacific Power customers who live in homes heated by oil, bottled propane, kerosene, butane, or wood may be eligible for incentives from Energy Trust for electric appliances, efficient water heaters, solar energy systems and other products and services. For more information call 1-866-ENTRUST to speak with a representative.

Is your home heated with natural gas or electricity? You may qualify for cash back incentives on energy saving measures for your home.

We’re very happy with the results. The house is quieter and not as drafty, and our gas bill was cut almost in half.”
