Incentives for Small Multifamily (2 to 4 units) properties

Energy Trust has special incentives for weatherizing multiple unit dwellings that are too small to qualify for the multifamily program*, including the following property types:

  • One Duplex (2 units total)
  • Two Duplexes (4 units total)
  • One Triplex (3 units total)
  • One Fourplex (4 units total)

* Buildings or properties with 5 or more units are served by Multifamily Home Energy Solutions incentives.

Incentives for Small Multifamily Properties


Just follow 2 easy steps to obtain your incentives and start saving.

      Step 1-Install qualifying measure. All measures must be installed by a trade ally or other qualifying contractor.

      Step 2- Sign and submit forms. Submit your contractor's invoice and Form 320U (with copies of National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) stickers for each type of qualifying window) within 120 days of initial measure installation to:
