Rules

To be eligible for the $150 cash back on Home Performance with ENERGY STAR home completed measures, the following requirements must be met:

• Customer must have at least two recommended energy saving measures (listed on forms 320E or 320P) installed, in addition to the Home Performance home assessment.
• A test-in/test-out (blower door and duct blaster tests) must be completed; however, test-ins/test-outs are not eligible measures for this offer.
• Test-in/test-out incentives ($50 for blower door test and $50 for duct blaster test) can only be redeemed once per site. If customer requests their incentives for a blower door and/or duct blaster test-in after the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR assessment is performed, they will not receive the incentives again for the test-out that is performed after the energy-efficient upgrades are completed.
• A HomeCheck software analysis must be completed by a Home Performance with ENERGY STAR trade ally.
• Energy-saving measures must be installed by a trade ally contractor affiliated with Home Performance with ENERGY STAR.
• Coupon, along with forms 300A and 340E and paid invoices, must be submitted for incentive processing within 120 days of completion of Home Performance with ENERGY STAR assessment at eligible customer’s home.
• This $150 bonus coupon cannot be used in combination with any other bonus packages or other Energy Trust promotions that contain the same qualifying equipment.
