Energy Trust offers valuable cash incentives for energy saving improvements in common area lighting, clothes washers, windows, insulation, exterior doors, and HVAC equipment. Our incentives, combined with Oregon Business Energy Tax Credits, could make energy efficiency investments easy and affordable.
In order to participate, the following eligibility requirements must be met:
Oregon customer of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural, or Cascade Natural Gas
Oregon rental property (non-owner occupied)
Multifamily or condominium dwelling of 5 or more units on a single site*

Our team will answer your questions, fill out your Energy Trust and tax credit application forms, and make the process simple and easy – all at no charge to you. We will be your primary contact from application through installation.

You decide if the incentives are right for you. Please note that you must contact us within 30 days to accept our incentive offer.
Next Steps
We will complete the paperwork for your cash incentives and tax credits.
As your project nears completion, we will inspect all eligible installed measures.
You will then submit your contractor’s final paid invoices or paid receipts to Multifamily Home Energy Solutions program.
That’s it!
Once completion documents are signed and returned, you will collect an incentive check and documentation for the tax credits.
