Take advantage of our Spring and Summer Multifamily Windows Promotion from April 15, 2008, to July 31, 2008.

For a limited time, your windows project may qualify for $4 per square foot for replacing single-glazed windows with eligible double-glazed windows that have a U-value of 0.30 or lower.

Replacing inefficient double-glazed windows with eligible double-glazed windows, with a U-value of 0.30 or lower, will receive $3 per square foot.

Requirements:
To be eligible for this special window incentive, the following requirements must be met:

• Replacement windows must be double-paned and have a U-value of 0.30 or lower.
• All eligible windows per building must be replaced.
• Program window-insulation requirements still apply to promotional windows incentives.

Deadlines:
The standard incentive process still applies, with the following deadlines:

• The project representative must sign and submit a special windows incentive application to the Multifamily program between April 15, 2008, and July 31, 2008.
• The promotion will end on July 31, 2008.
• The project must be completed, and a paid invoice submitted, by November 30, 2008.
