Customer Service Manager – brings over 14 years of customer service experience to Energy Trust from a variety of industries. For the past several years, he has developed customer service policies, recruited and trained service staff, and managed customer relations functions. Most recently, he managed the technical support staff for Rentrak Corporation, which supported approximately 3000 customer installations throughout the US and Canada. Prior to that, he managed currency services operations for Brink’s Incorporated in Washington, DC and Detroit, MI. His earliest customer service experience was as a Service Area Manager for Meijer Incorporated, a Midwest operator of retail hypermarkets. Tom graduated cum laude from Eastern Michigan University, with a BBA in Management Strategy and Control, and earned an MBA from Eastern Michigan in 1996.
