Human Resources Manager - brings a strong background in operations, accounting and human resources to the Energy Trust. For the past 10 years, Kathleen worked at Tri-Met as manager of their incentive and uniform programs. She also worked in Tri-Met's accounting department. In 2003, she graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Business Administration/General Management.
