Residential Sector Coordinator - has a Bachelor of Science degree in Art from Portland State University. He was a web developer/programmer for the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory in Portland and National Committee for Quality Assurance in Washington D.C. prior to joining the Senate Bill 1149 team at Pacific Power, first as a contractor and later as an employee. Christian combines his technical background and project management skills with his experience with the Public Purpose Fund and other Oregon electric utility issues to serve the needs of the various programs within the Energy Trust.
