Senior Residential Sector Manager - brings 10 years of experience in energy efficiency program implementation and marketing to her role. Working with Steve Lacey in energy efficiency, Diane's primary responsibilities include managing Energy Trust residential programs. Formerly, she was the Multifamily Program Manager for the City of Portland’s Office of Sustainable Development. Before that, she was a senior project coordinator at Portland Energy Conservation Incorporated (PECI) implementing several energy efficiency projects for NYSERDA, the Oregon Office of Energy, U.S. Department of Energy, and Pacific Gas & Electric. As a staff member at the Northwest Power Planning Council, Diane helped to create the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. Diane has a B.S. in Marketing and International Business, and is completing a dual degree with an MBA in Innovation and Technology Management and a Master’s in Engineering Technology Management at Portland State University. She is also a member of the PSU School of Business Dean’s Council.
