Sr. Industrial Sector Manager — has over ten years experience in the electric utility industry. She came to the Energy Trust from PacifiCorp where she led the modeling and analysis team for the Integrated Resource Plan. Prior to working on generation planning in the IRP, she worked as a planning engineer in Hydro Resources at PacifiCorp. Elaine was also an associate at Quantec, LLC where she evaluated energy efficiency programs. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Masters of Environmental Science from Portland State University.
