Residential Sector Manager - brings over 6 years of experience in energy program implementation to the Energy Trust of Oregon. Kendall’s primary responsibilities include managing the Energy Trust’s ENERGY STAR New Homes and Products program. Formerly, she was a Senior Associate with ICF Consulting, based in Rhode Island. With ICF, she helped design and implement residential and commercial efficiency and renewable energy programs. Kendall served on the board of the Northeast Chapter of the Association of Energy Service Professionals (AESP) and will soon begin working to revitalize the Cascade Regional chapter. Kendall has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
