To effectively respond to the RFQ form, your organization will need to provide the following information:

• Contact details for a representative for your organization
• Outlining your organization's experience in delivering project management information systems software, including estimated implementation timelines
• An overview of your software's core features--focusing on resource management, project management, and portfolio management capabilities
• Pricing details including implementation costs, subscription models, and any discounts available for non-profits.
• Post-implementation support your organization offers including maintenance, training, and customer service options.
• Description of any relevant business certifications of your organization/contact, such as Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity and/or the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
• Lastly, your organization will need to provide at least two references from previous clients within the past year.
