AIA Oregon 2030 Working Group meeting on November 19

Join AIA Oregon and Energy Trust of Oregon’s New Buildings program for a discussion on how architecture and engineering firms in the state are tracking and meeting Architecture 2030 goals through AIA’s Design Data Exchange (DDx) reporting tool.
This working group meeting is designed for current AIA 2030 signatories and those considering joining. The focus will be on integrating baseline energy use intensity (EUI) as part of a standard project kickoff, along with a discussion around selecting critical building elements (such as roof, floor and window attributes) that have an impact on energy performance.
Embracing the challenge of rigorous building energy use reduction targets by project has firms adjusting their approach to sustainable design. Join us in discussing some ways of meeting this goal.
