Energy Trust to launch competitive selection for energy-efficient major renovation and new commercial construction program management contract

Energy Trust of Oregon will release a request for proposals (RFP) for management and delivery of its New Buildings program, which serves new commercial and multifamily construction and major renovations with code-based whole-building energy efficiency and market development efforts.
