Replacing old, leaky windows with energy-efficient windows can do more than save energy. It can also improve indoor air quality, reduce drafts and condensation, decrease outside noise and increase curb appeal.
If you own an individual condominium unit, townhome, duplex, triplex or fourplex in Washington, view available cash incentives for windows upgrades.
Projects must be installed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Specifications Manual.

- Cash incentives are available to all Oregon multifamily attached residential properties with two or more units including: duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes; side-by-side units; and stacked structures with five or more units (electric only). Schedule a walkthrough survey or pre-installation verification before starting a windows project.
If you haven’t already had a walkthrough survey performed at your property call 877.510.2130 or submit Form 300N Enrollment Agreement to request one.

Complete and submit an incentive application with supporting documentation.
- Include Windows Supplement, if applicable (PDF | Doc)
- A W-9 or Substitute W-9 form is required for investment properties.
- Energy Trust must receive applications within 90 days from the date of purchase and installation.

You should receive a cash incentive check within 6-8 weeks after all information is received.
