Energy Trust works with DocuSign to provide a fast, easy and secure way to return your incentive application to our incentive processing team.
To complete the application using DocuSign you’ll first be asked to enter your name and e-mail address.
After you have signed in, press “Continue” at the top of the screen to begin and you’ll be on your way to completing the application. It typically takes about five minutes to fill it out, just make sure you have your product invoice(s) on hand.
Complete all applicable fields. Red boxes indicate required information. If you don’t have the information at hand, select “Finish Later”. You’ll be sent an e-mail with a link that will allow you to pick up where you left off.
Complete and e-sign the incentive application and attach copies of equipment invoices and a W-9 form if applicable. You must submit a complete application to Energy Trust within 90 days from the date of purchase and installation to be eligible for an incentive.
When you are ready to submit your completed application, press “FINISH” and you will receive an email confirmation that it has been submitted.
A program representative will contact you if additional information is needed. After verification that your application is complete your project will be processed and you can expect your incentive check to arrive within 4-6 weeks. Note: If your contractor deducted the incentive from your invoice then the incentive check will be sent to them.
