In March 2022, Energy Trust of Oregon will release a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select an implementation contractor(s) to manage and deliver Energy Trust’s Production Efficiency program. The Production Efficiency program helps manufacturers and agricultural producers of all types and sizes control their energy costs.
Energy Trust encourages firms certified by Oregon’s Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) as minorityowned, women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, and emerging small businesses to consider this opportunity and to propose as a prime contractor or join an implementation team as a subcontractor. Energy Trust will require a minimum of 20% of the value of the contract (not including incentive budgets) to be delivered by COBID-certified firms (unless the primary respondent is COBID-certified). More information on COBID certification. Energy Trust is holding two virtual/online events prior to the release of the RFP to help potential bidders learn more about Energy Trust’s Production Efficiency program and to connect with other bidders to create implementation teams.
