In April 2022, Energy Trust of Oregon will release a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select an implementation contractor(s) to manage and deliver Energy Trust’s Residential program s for a 3-5 year contracting term. These programs support residential customers to save energy and install solar.
Energy Trust encourages firms that are certified by Oregon’s Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) as minority-owned, women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, and emerging small businesses to learn about this opportunity and submit a proposal as a prime contractor, or join an implementation team as a subcontractor. Energy Trust will require a minimum of 20% of the value of contracts (not including incentive budgets) to be delivered by COBID-certified firms (unless the primary respondent is COBID-certified). More information on COBID certification is available at: More information on COBID certification.
Energy Trust will hold two virtual/online events prior to the release of the RFP. The first will help potential bidders learn more about Energy Trust’s Residential program and the desired program management and delivery services. The second will offer an opportunity to connect with other bidders and create implementation teams.
