Energy Trust’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead, Tyrone Henry, hosts a monthly Diversity Day for staff to learn about issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion. We invite our partners and members of the community to join us for education and discussion.

Understanding Cultural Competency and Racial Disparities in Healthcare: Marginalized and minority patients have suffered disproportionally during the COVID-19 crisis, due to the inequities in society perpetuated by systematic racism in health care. We invite you to join us as we take a closer look at the disparities in healthcare for many communities of color and the LGBTQ community. Come hear what healthcare advocates of color have to say about what changes are needed to reduce racial and ethnic health disparities.
