The Energy Trust Board of Directors will meet virtually in Executive Session pursuant to bylaws section 3.19.1 to discuss internal personnel matters from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Executive Session is not open to the public.

The public Board Learning Session will reconvene at 2:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.  The agenda will be posted on the Energy Trust of Oregon website here on Thursday February 18, 2021.
